  • Our operating hours are (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM) (Sat, 9AM-12PM)
  • We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

Warranty Policy
  • This warranty is only valid in Singapore. Proof of purchase (i.e. invoice, receipt) and the warranty card must be presented upon warranty claim.
  • This warranty is covered & provided by the respective product manufacturer and is also subjected to the respective product manufacturer's term and conditions for warranty service.
  • This warranty covers only for products found to be defective due to workmanship or material and does not cover: Problems arising from or due to wrong power supply voltage, improper installation, (tampering, negligence, lack of reasonable care, corrosion, rusting, stains or failure to observe operating instructions).
  • Acts of God, accident, misuse, unauthorized alteration or repairs by an unauthorized person without the knowledge or approval of our Company.
  • Parts (i.e. accessories, cabinet, glassware) that are subject to wear and tear, natural disaster, rust, stains and corrosion. Software/software-related problems and loading of software or hardware drivers.
  • This warranty is valid only if their serial number appearing on the product has not been altered, defaced or removed.
  • The decision of our Company on all questions relating to defects, workmanship or materials respecting of our products shall be final and conclusive and the Purchaser hereby agrees to abide by our decision.
  • The Company's total liability under this Warranty shall be limited to the repair/replacement of the equipment. In no event, shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from the Warranty.
  • This warranty cannot be replaced, re-issued or transferred.
  • This warranty does not include transport, delivery or handling charges incurred in the transportation of this product to and from our Service Centre.
